Return and Exchange Policy
We take immense pride in the quality of our products. If you receive an item that is damaged, please notify us immediately, and we will arrange a prompt replacement. Please note that we cannot accept returns for items damaged through normal wear and tear. To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging.
If you are dissatisfied for any reason within 30 days, you may return the item for a refund. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we regret that we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted (if applicable):
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts not due to our error
- Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery
Return Instructions
- Please return all items in original (undamaged) packaging. In order to receive a full refund, the return item must be packaged properly as to avoid damage in transit. if the Item arrives damaged due to improper packaging, your return will NOT be accepted.
